The Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act (WHCRA) helps protect many women with breast cancer who choose to have their breasts rebuilt (reconstructed) after a mastectomy. The Penn State Lady Lions host an event for Breast Cancer Survivors every year. This gives survivors a chance to celebrate their Survivorship with many other survivors.
